Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building project management from start to finish including post build.
  • Facilitate project design and monitoring
  • Balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired.
  • Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
  • Contracts and Documents completion monitoring
  • Prepare reports regarding job status
  • Resolve any problems that may arise in the project

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • PRC license preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in electrical systems design, maintenance, and troubleshooting within building operations
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, emergency power (gensets, UPS), and fire alarm systems
  • Familiarity with BMS, electrical codes, and safety regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office software, and other electrical testing tools
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and ability to delegate tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • With a valid driver's license is an advantage
