Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manila for a Content Specialist. The Content Specialist will manage, create, and optimize diverse content to align with the company's strategic goals and brand voice.

  • Develop brand storytelling aligned with Karofi's positioning and messaging pillars.
  • Plan and execute monthly content across social media, e-commerce, CRM, retail, and campaigns.
  • Write high-quality copy for social posts, visuals, product pages, eDMs, and POSM materials.
  • Support performance marketing and e-commerce with A/B testing content and conversion-focused creatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Track content performance (reach, engagement, CTR, CVR) and optimize continuously.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Web Content Writing and general Writing for various audiences
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy and Content Management to align goals and execution
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Ability to organize, plan, and manage tasks to meet deadlines consistently
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital content tools is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role or in the water purification industry is advantageous
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
