Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Metro Manila. The Trainer will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training records, identifying training needs, and designing training materials. Additionally, the Trainer will work closely with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with company goals.

• Skills in conducting and evaluating training sessions
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
