FREELANCE TRAINOR – MS Excel (Basic to Expert) and Data Analytics

Metro Manila (Onsite/Hybrid depending on client needs)

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Trainer who can design and deliver high-quality training programs on Microsoft Excel (Basic to Advanced/Expert) and Data Analytics. The trainer will work with corporate participants, ensuring they gain practical, job-ready skills that can be applied immediately in their respective roles.

MS Excel Trainer (Basic to Expert Levels)

• Deliver structured Excel training from basic to advanced/expert levels.
• Teach formulas, functions, pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query/Power Pivot, and practical data analysis.
• Prepare and customize training materials based on participant needs.
• Conduct post-training/session evaluations and prepare the necessary reports.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (basic to expert).
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and deliver engaging sessions.
• Experience in corporate training preferred.

Data Analytics Trainer (
Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools)

• Deliver training on analytics concepts and modern analytics tools.
• Teach data modeling, data cleaning/ETL, visualization, dashboards, DAX/Python fundamentals (depending on the tool).
• Create practical, business-relevant exercises for participants.
• Conduct post-training/session evaluations and prepare the necessary reports.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in at least one analytics platform: Power BI
  (preferred), Tableau, Python for data analysis
• Ability to translate datasets into insights and guide participants in hands-on analytics work.
• Corporate training background is a plus.
