Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an Internal Auditor to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of financial processes, identifying risks, control gaps, and areas of improvement
  • Monitor compliance with relevant financial regulations (e.g, IFRS) and internal policies across all departments
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks
  • Prepare detailed reports for management, summarizing audit findings and recommending corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the US-based and Philippines-based accounting and finance teams to ensure enlightenment on compliance matters and process improvements
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters and best practices
  • Stay-up-to date with changes in relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Assist in auditing other departments (e.g., HR, Operations) for compliance with internal policies and procedures, as needed
  • Support the procedural processes within the existing accounting system and assist with related task

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in a compliance-focused role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Proven experience conducting internal audits and preparing audit reports
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and software (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
  • CPA or CIA certification is required
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about compliance requirements in different areas of the business
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different locations
