Job Summary

Finance partner working with Commercial, Demand & amp; Brand Groups to provide financial leadership to deliver growth and profit targets for the Sarimart business.

Key responsibilities

P&L responsibility and effective business partnership with business teams such as Product, Brand, Demand,

Commercial teams:

  • To set-up & maintain systems and controls over pricing, margins, marketing, acquisition, and department spends.
  • Ensure proper booking and accounting for the business
  • Establish and maintain good stewardship and governance
  • Lead integration of new activities and products into the Finance & Accounting work streams
  • To evaluate various activities to deliver GMV and revenue targets and improve overall profitability.
  • Lead financial analysis to assess marketing effectiveness and product/sku profitability.
  • Analyze mix maximization, pricing strategy effectiveness, evaluate new products/services development and support supplier negotiations.
  • To develop Sarimart business forecast, track delivery and work the business teams on gap closure plans

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements

  • Strong analytical skills especially in key business drivers
  • Good in synthesizing information and connecting the dots to identify opportunities, risks or solve problem
  • Able to work well and collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • Able to manage and deliver on multiple priorities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good people management skills

Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years working experience in Finance Business Partner roles. Accounting experience/
  • background is advantageous.
  • Proficient in office tools such as Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Slides) or MS Office.
  • Proficiency in Net Suite is advantageous.
