About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Financials Security Administrator to join our IT Applications team. The role will be responsible for managing user access, roles, and security controls within Oracle ERP Financials environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS) security administration, as well as a solid understanding of compliance frameworks and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage user roles, responsibilities, and access controls across Oracle Financials ERP environments (Production, QA, Development).
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), including job, abstract, and duty roles.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze system access logs and audit trails for anomalies or policy violations.
  • Develop, maintain, and document security configurations, access matrices, and change logs.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patching, and implementations, ensuring that all security controls remain intact.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Compliance teams to ensure proper segregation of duties and regulatory compliance.
  • Support end users in access provisioning and troubleshooting security-related issues.
  • Continuously improve ERP security practices by staying updated with Oracle ERP security trends and best practices.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, as required for system maintenance or issue resolution.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand expertise in Oracle ERP security administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
