We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Junior High School Teachers for Social Studies, Values Education, MAPEH, ICT, English, and Science. The ideal candidates have classroom teaching experience and will cultivate a love of learning and instill core values in students, encouraging them to become responsible and engaged citizens. The ideal English Teacher candidate must be well-versed in the research and thesis writing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards.

  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to support their learning.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.

  • Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

  • Serve as Class Advisor

What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, with a major in a relevant subject, or a Bachelors' Degree in a related field with at least 18 education units

License:

  • A Licensed Professional Teacher or actively working towards licensure.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a classroom teacher in the relevant subject area

Other Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge:

  2. A deep understanding of the subject matter(s) to be taught, aligned with current curriculum standards.

  3. Familiarity with educational theories, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.

  4. Awareness of diverse learning needs and how to address them effectively.

  5. Understanding of classroom management techniques and student behavior strategies.

  6. Skills:

  7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

  8. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, classroom activities, and student records.

  9. Proficiency in using technology and educational software to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

  10. Ability to assess student performance and tailor instruction accordingly.

  11. Abilities:

  12. Capability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  13. Ability to engage and motivate students of varying backgrounds and abilities.

  14. Competence in managing classroom dynamics and student behavior effectively.

  15. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and participate in team-oriented activities and projects.
