We are looking for a skilled Plant Manager to oversee the operations and drive sales of our concrete batching plant. The ideal candidate will lead plant operations while executing strategies to grow sales and client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor the plant team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality.
  • Prepare, Analyze and issue production and performance report
  • Control costs to achieve company budget goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key clients and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and government regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Requirements and skills
  • BS degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Plant Manager
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Has Experience in Batching Plant
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
