The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit, client program, or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.

Must have Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

  • 3 or more years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Ampscript, Email Studio, MobileConnect, Automation Studio and Journey Builder (Required)

  • Experience in Automation and Data Cloud (Required)

  • Experience with Content Builder, AMPscript, Automation Studio and Journey Builder

  • Experience with SQL (Required)

  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance

  • Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer

How you will make an impact:

  • Utilizes HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.

  • Creates responsive email designs and ensuring compatibility across various platforms and devices.

  • Maintains active relationships with business partners to determine business requirements.

  • Works collaboratively with marketing teams to plan, execute and deploy successful campaigns across all lines of business.

  • Works with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications.

  • Research & recommend best practices, efficiencies, and process improvements; be an established email subject matter expert.

  • Analyzes and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible enhancements.

  • Runs routine tests for effectiveness, deliverability, and compatibility.

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, recommending improvements as necessary.
