Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Proficient in SolidWorks (3D design and drafting)
- With experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Assembly and Test Department
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, fabrication, and assembly processes
- Detail-oriented, innovative, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and test-related equipment for semiconductor applications
- Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and design documentation using SolidWorks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, production) to ensure manufacturability and quality of designs
- Support assembly and test activities by providing technical solutions and design improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and company requirements
