  1. Develop detailed mechanical/ electrical designs based on project requirements.
  2. Interpret architectural and structural plans to align MEPF designs.
  3. Collaborate and validate BOM for procurement based on technical specifications.
  4. Generate and validate BOM for procurement based on technical specifications.
  5. Perform on-site or remote inspection of purchase requests and verfiy alignement with approved design.
  6. Ensure all work complies with Philippine codes and international standards
  7. Participate in coordination meetings, and resolve design conflicts proactively.
  8. Support construction and commissioning team for installation queries
  9. Submit reports and documentation aligned with project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3 years, Engineering Design, and project-based design coordination
  • Handling construction and MEPF Design Projects.
  • VRF/ VRV Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Ducting, Piping and Ventilation Design
  • AutoCAD, Revit (Preferably with MEP Functionalities)
  • Create, read and interpret blueptints, and construction plans.
  • Prepare and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on approved design.
  • Perform design vs actual inspection during milstone checks.
  • National Building Code, PEC, PMC.
  • ASHRAE Standards and local regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent Communication, Analytical and Techncal Documentation Skills.
  • Self-driven, dependable, and capable of working independently or with minimal supervision

Educational Background and Credentials

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • With PRC license- Mandatory
  • Additional Certification
    1. AutoCAD Certification.

  • Revit MEP Certification.

  • Project Management (eg., PMP, CAPM)
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units of training in ASHRAE, Philippines Mechanical Code (PMC), Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
