Job Description:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and avoid equipment downtime.
  • Monitor temperatures in production areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of chillers, condensers, compressors, evaporators, and other HVAC components.
  • Clean coils, filters, ducts, and other aircon components to maintain air quality and system efficiency.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation of maintenance schedules, repair reports, and service logs.
  • Ensure that all HVAC-related work complies with safety, health, and sanitation standards required by the food manufacturing industry.
  • Coordinate with the Production Team for system adjustments or repairs.
  • Respond to emergency repair calls to prevent production delays and spoilage of raw materials or finished goods.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational graduate or NC II certified in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (TESDA).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as Aircon Technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repairing different types of aircon and refrigeration systems (e.g., split-type, window-type, chillers, cold storage units).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and wiring schematics.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
