QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has fundamental knowledge in running Ads (Meta, TikTok)

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

  • Willing to work 2x a week onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig.

BONUS POINTS IF:

  • You have at least 1 year experience working with Meta and TikTok Ads.

MONTHLY SALARY:

  • ₱25,000 - ₱30,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ad Copywriting

  2. Writing compelling and concise ad copy that resonates with the target audience.

  3. Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, GIFs) that capture attention.

  4. Campaign Management

  5. Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platform.

  6. Implement campaign targeting options (demographics, interests, behaviors, etc.) to reach the desired audience.

  7. Set daily/monthly budgets and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

  8. Campaign Monitoring and Optimization

  9. Track campaign performance metrics.

  10. Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

  11. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

  12. Reporting and Analysis

  13. Prepare regular reports.

  14. Track and analyze campaign performance data.
  15. Generate reports that summarize key metrics, insights and recommendations.
  16. Use data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

  17. Develop actionable insights based on data analysis.

  18. Other Responsibilities

  19. Stay up-to-date of the latest marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

  20. Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients.
  21. Collaborate with team and manager/s to ensure the executions of updated and effective strategies.
