Payment Lifecycle Analyst

Join our team to advance your career in a culture that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in the Cash Asset Management team, you will play a crucial role in funding Nostro accounts, monitoring account balances, and performing reconciliations in a deadline-driven environment.Job responsibilities:Ensure all work items are completed in accordance with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs).Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.Identify and implement opportunities to improve process efficiency.Coordinate with business and treasury teams to determine the appropriate funding requirements for Nostro accounts, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of overall Nostro funding.Perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies and collaborate with relevant business units to resolve them.Support Global Treasury teams in predicting and funding bank cash positions across Asia, EMEA, and WHEM regions.Collaborate with Global Projects teams to ensure seamless implementation of any process enhancements.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and business management.Working knowledge of banking operations and the Nostro funding process.Proficient in operating SWIFT, managing Nostro accounts, and handling international wire transfers.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced skills in Excel and strong computer navigation abilities.Internal Application Eligibility RequirementsTENURE: Must meet minimum employment tenure requirement.
