We're looking for a Commissions Analyst (Permanent Work from home) to join our Revenue Operations team, responsible for ensuring partner commissions are accurate, timely, and fully reconciled. You'll use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues, identify patterns, and improve operational processes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Partnerships GTM, Finance, and Information Systems to track performance, resolve discrepancies, and provide insights that strengthen our partnerships. If you enjoy uncovering root causes, working with data, and partnering across teams, this role is a great fit.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee accurate, on-time calculation and processing of all partner commission payments
• Maintain and track commission data, producing reports and performance updates for internal teams and partners
• Analyze commission program results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Use commission tools and Salesforce to track partner performance and ensure accurate data
• Work closely with Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems teams to ensure programs are compliant, effective, and well-executed

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Prior experience in commissions, revenue operations, or financial/data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
• Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear business narratives
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable managing a high volume of changes and workload
