Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, developing cost estimates, preparing budgets, and evaluating construction and project estimation data. Regular collaboration with stakeholders and effective communication with clients are essential to ensure projects are planned and executed successfully. The role also involves providing insights to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, and financial analysis related to projects
  • Strong skills in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
  • Proficiency in Communication, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders and prepare detailed reports
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard estimation tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
