Bellman/Driver

Job Summary:

The Company driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests, employees, and clients for business-related trips. Must be highly skilled in defensive driving, well-versed in navigating both Batangas and Manila Areas, and capable of handling both Manual and Automatic Transmission vehicles.

Beyond transportation duties, the Company Driver is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and readiness of company vehicles, ensuring they are always in optimal condition for daily operations.

The bellman is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. They provide courteous service, escort guests to rooms, deliver items, and offer information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Bellmen also help maintain the lobby area and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• College graduate
• Holder of a valid professional driver's license (restrictions 1, 2, and 3)
• At least 2 years of experience as a hotel concierge, bellman, driver, or in a related field
• Proficient in driving both manual (M/T) and automatic (A/T) transmission vehicles
• Familiar with routes in Batangas and Manila, including subdivisions, commercial hubs, and major highways
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Strong professional communication skills
