About the role

We are seeking a skilled and hospitable Bellman/Driver to join our team at J7 Plaza Hotel Iloilo'. As a Bellman/Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding guest experience, ensuring the seamless movement of guests and their belongings within our hotel. This full-time position is based in the vibrant Iloilo City, Iloilo.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling luggage and providing a warm welcome
  2. Driving guests to and from the hotel in a safe and courteous manner
  3. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's vehicles
  4. Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  5. Maintaining a high level of customer service and promoting the hotel's brand and services
  6. Collaborating with the front office team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
  7. Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Bellman/Driver role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  5. Knowledge of the local area and ability to provide recommendations to guests
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  7. Proficiency in English and the local language
