We are looking for PPIC Staff to support production planning, scheduling, and inventory management

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Encode and update production and inventory data in the system accurately.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Track work orders and production progress to avoid delays.
• Prepare reports related to material usage, production output, and inventory status.
• Support PPIC Supervisor in analyzing production efficiency and identifying process improvements.
• Perform other tasks related to production planning and inventory control as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant work experience in production planning/inventory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
