Qualifications

  • Senior High School Graduate or College Graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Must have strong English communication skills

Salary Package

  • ₱14,500 – ₱15,500 basic salary for fresh graduates (based on interview performance) + ₱2,000 NTA
  • Up to ₱22,610 package for candidates with BPO experience (includes ₱20,610 basic + ₱2,000 NTA)

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for the Healthcare Account, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to healthcare services.
  • Assist patients, members, and providers with inquiries regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, regulations, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA if applicable).
  • Document all interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent service while meeting performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance).
