Job Description

As a Clinical Compliance & Audit Officer, you will oversee clinical quality and compliance audits, assess adherence to standards, and create reports that strengthen operations. You'll work closely with leadership to improve processes, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain high-quality patient care.

Shift: Day Shift, Mon-Fri; 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PH, Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3 years of experience in auditing clinical quality & compliance
• High-quality English-language written skills and IT proficiency
• Exposure to the Australian aged care sector is highly desirable, but the priority is extensive experience in clinical auditing and clinical quality management/assessments

Your Daily Tasks

• Improve the quality of compliance and related reporting
• Support compliance actions, including auditing written assessments, care plans, and related documents
• Conduct research on complaints to assess compliance levels
• Add depth to the quality & compliance team by assisting in specialized tasks
• Relieve nursing home staff from compliance-related reporting and audits to allow focus on operations
• Master Australian aged care quality & safety standards/regulations
• Utilize clinical reporting tools to interpret data and assess compliance levels
• Collaborate with national Quality Manager and senior clinical managers to improve compliance
• Provide high-quality written documentation and maintain accurate audit records
