Job Responsibilities:
  • Abstract and compile clinical data from patient medical records with precision and attention to detail.
  • Analyze and interpret medical documentation to extract relevant data points for reporting, compliance, or research purposes.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards in all data abstraction activities.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to clarify documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
  • Must hold an active PHRN license and be willing to work onsite or;

    Medical Allied graduate (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy) with at least 2 years of experience in medical data abstraction or a closely related role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and abstraction tools
