  • Review and qualification of new process parameter, equipment and product.
  • Review and define customer requirements prior to implementation.
  • Investigate, analyze and provide corrective measures on any quality problems, non-conforming products, out-of control SPC data, low yielding products and other related process problems.
  • Initiate improvement programs in regards to yield, quality, product and process.
  • Conduct meeting to carry all activities related to the programs.
  • Study any changes or deviation in process prior issuance of PCN or TCN.
  • Track, review and analyze yield of assigned product line.
  • Conduct study on Industrial Engineering Standard (UPH).
  • Process Engineering sustained and control functions.
  • Semicon RND/ NPI experience will be prioritized.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicant must be a graduate of any of the following Engineering courses: Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical
  • With at least 2 years experience in Semiconductor settings or the like.
  • With above- average interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS office application
  • Exposure on the following: ESD, FMEA, APQP, Global 8D.
