Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and certified X-Ray Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic imaging equipment, primarily X-Ray systems (including fixed, mobile). The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, technically proficient, and able to work independently to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair of general radiography (X-Ray) equipment at customer sites across Cebu and the surrounding region.

Diagnose complex mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures and critical thinking.

Provide timely and accurate service reports, field service reports, and parts usage documentation.

Offer exceptional customer service, acting as the primary technical contact for clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

Stay updated on new products, technologies, and service techniques through training programs.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electronic and digital circuit theory.

Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics and mechanical diagrams.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements

a valid Philippine driver's license.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Cebu and nearby islands/areas).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
