Job Summary

Responsible for the proper and safe operation and maintenance of Spiral Freezer and its refrigeration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regular check up and cleaning air-condition units of Facilities premises.
  • Conduct periodic maintenance of all air-conditioning units.
  • Inspect/check the system major parts such as the evaporative condensers, water pumps, evaporators and compressors prior on starting up.
  • Check up the liquid ammonia level in the system.
  • Repair ammonia leak if there is any.
  • Conduct the schedule periodic preventive maintenance Spiral Freezer refrigeration.
  • Conduct weekly CIP of Spiral Freezer.
  • Clean condenser coils and water pump.
  • Monitor compressors crank case oil level.
  • Conduct the schedule periodic change oil of ammonia compressors.
  • Check up and servicing of cooling pumps for compressor water jackets.
  • Check up and servicing of condenser blowers and shower pumpMonitor room temperatures, must be at required range
  • Diagnose / troubleshoot and correct system / operation problems.
  • Charge ammonia refrigerant into the system if necessary.
  • Conduct cleaning of compressors and the machine room floor area.
  • Perform special task/project or any assignment that maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate in Engineering, or having TESDA NC II Certification.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years related working experience, but fresh graduates can be considered
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
