Assistant Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Assistant Baker/Panadero to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of bread and pastries while ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation. This role requires knowledge of baking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to company recipes and standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following established formulas.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Monitor baking process to achieve proper texture, flavor, and appearance.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in developing and testing new bread and pastry products.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily demand.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen/production team.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Loves baking, hardworking, and reliable
• Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and sanitation
• TESDA NCII Bread & Pastry Production (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
