Be part of our client's team as a Student Recruitment Administrator, supporting global student recruitment through CRM administration, lead management, campaign coordination, LMS/SIS support, agent liaison, reporting, and budget tracking. Qualifications to Shine
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales Operations roles
- Hands-on experience supporting sales and marketing activities, including lead tracking, pipeline coordination, campaigns, or promotions
- Proven experience managing and maintaining CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to support sales funnels and reporting
- Experience coordinating events, campaigns, or recruitment initiatives aligned with sales or marketing objectives
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong administrative execution
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a remote or virtual setting
- Basic understanding of budget tracking, expense coordination, or financial reporting is an advantage
What You'll Be Doing
Student Recruitment & Marketing
- Coordinate student recruitment activities and partnerships across multiple countries
- Liaise with overseas representative agents and manage student-related administrative tasks through the LMS and SIS
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for student recruitment, including social media strategy, SEO, and email marketing
- Create multimedia content and manage advertising campaigns to boost student engagement
Team & Operations Coordination
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment administration team, ensuring timely execution of tasks
- Maintain and manage the master calendar for recruitment activities, country-specific campaigns, and reporting deadlines
- Plan and manage end-to-end operations for recruitment initiatives, including Open House events, Scholarship Brew, and country-specific roadshows and workshops
Finance & Budget Support
- Liaise with Finance for invoicing and vendor payments
- Track budgets and monitor financial utilization for recruitment activities
- Process co-marketing claims and ensure compliance with internal financial policies
CRM Management & Analytics
- Take ownership of HubSpot CRM: manage lead tracking, automation workflows, funnel reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Support the recruitment team by generating actionable insights from CRM data to drive strategy and decision-making
Records & Content Management
- Maintain centralized records for scholarships, enrollment trackers, and OR contracts
- Manage content asset libraries, ensuring proper version control, tagging, and accessibility for the team
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support including schedule coordination, meeting minute-taking, document editing, and reporting
- Ensure smooth internal communication and timely follow-ups across recruitment activities
