  • Maintain par stocks of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and OSH standards at all times.
  • Support kitchen operations during banquets, events, and peak service periods.
  • Report any damaged equipment, pest concerns, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by kitchen management.
