Job Description

This role provides essential back-office support focused on data reporting, management, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include generating reports for sales, operations, logistics, and quality; managing and cleansing data; annotating product images; and auditing product information. The analyst ensures data accuracy, supports account setup and maintenance, and upholds data security standards.

Key tasks involve:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data for reporting
  • Managing account data and master data attributes
  • Preparing visual and written reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting cross-functional teams and adhering to compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of back-office experience
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data tools
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable to shifting schedules
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
  • Location: Alabang
  • Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a weel onsite)
