Job Description:Data Management: Obtain and scrutinize data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity and reliability for further processing. Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can guide decision-making.

Report Creation: Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings in an understandable manner. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs. Tailor analysis and reports to meet these requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to data gathering, analysis, and reporting processes. Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role. Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or other relevant technical fields.

Fluent written and spoken English. Technical Expertise:High proficiency in Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or any other data visualization tool. Proficiency in SQL; Big Query preferred.

Use data to explain the root cause behind issues. A strong candidate will have experience processing raw data and presenting insights through words, business cases, and graphs/charts. Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in data gathering or analysis. Familiarity with the BPO industry, its metrics, and business processes.
