What You Bring to the Team

  • 2-4 years managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats
  • Experience with campaign management tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and driven by a test-and-learn mindset

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute paid social campaigns, including setup, creative trafficking, and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget pacing, performance metrics, and asset performance
  • Collaborate on test strategies and creative refresh cadences
  • Work with Creative Strategist and Media Analyst to report campaign impact
  • Ensure compliance with platform specifications and tracking requirements
  • Identify opportunities to scale or improve campaigns based on insights
