Summary:

This role lets you turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive sales, improve operations, and support management strategies. Whether you're a fresh graduate or starting your career, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales reporting, trend analysis, and operational improvement in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze sales, inventory, and operational KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate and timely performance reports for management.
  • Study distributor sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams for process improvements.
  • Maintain and update sales and operations databases.
  • Interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all reports submitted.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work with confidential data responsibly.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Open to fresh graduates; experience in data reporting is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
