About Us

Campus Guardian Angel is the school safety arm of Mithril Defense — a U.S.-based defense technology company featured on national news and across dozens of states.

We're building a new category in safety: pilot-operated, non-lethal drones delivered as a managed service. Our mission is to give staff and first responders visibility and time in the first minute of a crisis — so students, teachers, and communities can get to safety.

Our team includes Navy SEALs, SWAT veterans, engineers, and some of the best drone racing pilots in the world. It's not a typical mix, but that's the point — we're not here to do business as usual.

Why This Role Exists

We're scaling fast. National press, demos across the U.S., and demand from schools, churches, and businesses mean we need a marketing leader who can take us from scrappy to unstoppable.

That's why we're hiring a Senior Director of Marketing. This role owns everything from brand to demand - messaging, campaigns, digital, PR, partner marketing, and more. Based in the Philippines, you'll be leading a team that makes sure our story is seen, trusted, and top-of-mind in the U.S. market.

You won't just "support" sales, you'll be building the growth engine behind it.

What You'll Actually Do Here

This isn't just a strategy role; you'll be hands-on and leading from the front. A typical week might include:

• Launching a campaign that positions CGA as the trusted partner for school safety.
• Coaching the creative team on a case study that needs to resonate with superintendents and parent councils.
• Repurposing press coverage after another national feature.
• Partnering with sales to fine-tune messaging for a referral program.
• Making sure our digital presence (website, LinkedIn, content) reflects who we are today, not six months ago.
• You'll own the playbooks, the metrics, and the results.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who has owned full-funnel marketing for a fast-scaling company — ideally in B2B SaaS, security tech, or edtech.

You're probably the kind of person who:

• Loves telling complex stories in ways that feel clear, urgent, and human.
• Knows how to balance brand-building with pipeline generation.
• Has led distributed marketing teams (bonus if you've worked with U.S. and PH talent together).
• Can translate thought leadership into campaigns that actually drive leads.
• Enjoys building structure, but still moves fast when opportunities appear.

We care less about the exact industry and more about whether you can build and scale a marketing engine that wins trust and generates demand.
