What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 7+ or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • PHP (Laravel or similar)
  • NodeJS (NestJS, ExpressJS)
  • Vue 3
  • Testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Mocha, PHPUnit)
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions
  • Microservices and Kubernetes
  • MySQL and MongoDB
  • Docker and Bash scripting
  • REST APIs and OAuth2
  • CSS / SCSS / Vanilla JS
  • Git CLI

Nice to Have:

  • Experience managing Azure Cloud environments
  • Background in the finance industry
  • Development of hybrid web applications
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WAIA-ARIA)
  • Knowledge of jQuery and ReactJS
  • Experience with GitHub Codespaces
  • UI/UX design for intranet and customer-facing platforms
  • Linux system administration and workstation usage
  • Understanding of Zero-trust architecture (Cloudflare version)
  • XML and SOAP protocols
  • Basic knowledge of DNS, IMAP, HTTP(S), and SMTP
  • Integration experience with platforms like Zoom and Salesforce

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel or similar), NodeJS (NestJS, ExpressJS), and Vue 3.
  • Build and test UI components, with bonus points for experience in Quasar Framework.
  • Implement automated testing using Playwright, Cypress, Mocha, and PHPUnit.
  • Develop and deploy microservices to Kubernetes environments.
  • Create and manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
  • Work with large datasets using MySQL and MongoDB, including ORM and raw queries.
  • Build and consume REST APIs and implement OAuth2 flows (client and server).
  • Utilize Docker (Dockerfile & Docker Compose) and Bash scripting for development and deployment.
  • Manage S3-compatible storage solutions.
  • Collaborate using Git CLI and maintain version control best practices.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design using CSS, SCSS, and Vanilla JS.
