Job summary:

The Warehouse Processor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of warehouse personnel, including pickers, checkers, receivers, and loaders. This role ensures that all warehouse operations are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing the movement and storage of goods, preparing and validating warehouse documents, monitoring operational performance, and maintaining proper filing and recordkeeping of transactions. The position plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely dispatch of orders, and upholding safety and quality standards within the facility.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of pickers, checkers, receivers, and loaders to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Prepare, review, and process warehouse documents such as delivery receipts, transfer forms, and inventory reports.
• Monitor picking, checking, and loading accuracy to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and traceability of all warehouse transactions.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory control teams to ensure timely dispatch and replenishment.
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with operational policies.
• Track manpower productivity
• Create incident reports for proper filing
• Other tasks that may be assigned to them

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

• At least 2-3 years experience in Logistics and Warehousing Operations
• Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational skills and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Is impact-driven and want to make a positive impact to the lives of Sari Sari store owners; ultimately playing a role in bridging the income inequality gap in the Philippines
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
