JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Microsoft & Azure Administration

  • Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, VNets, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, Automation Accounts, and Runbooks.
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, security configurations, and AD/Entra ID synchronization.
  • Oversee Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
  • Migrate data and workloads from on-premises environments to Azure and SharePoint.

Windows Server & On-Prem Infrastructure

  • Install, harden, and maintain Windows Server environments based on organizational standards.
  • Manage Active Directory objects, organizational units, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Perform file server permissions management and access control.
  • Execute backup and restore operations (Axcient or similar platforms).
  • Prepare and apply OS updates, patches, and security configurations.

Virtualization & Storage

  • Configure and manage Hyper-V clusters, Nutanix environments, and VMware hosts.
  • Perform daily health checks, VM provisioning, datastore management, and ESXi updates.

Technical Support & Operations

  • Troubleshoot server, network, and application issues across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Provide remote support to users and leadership, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Document configuration standards, processes, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a Level 3 or senior support role in an MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Azure administration, resource deployment, and cloud migration.
  • Expertise in Windows Server OS, AD/Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Nutanix, VMware).
  • Knowledge of backup systems, server recovery, and data migration.
  • Ability to interact professionally with end users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
