What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Copy Editor / QA Analyst to review, edit, and ensure the accuracy and functionality of digital learning materials. The ideal candidate combines strong editorial judgment with technical precision—capable of proofreading complex content, performing visual QA, and supporting content integration across platforms to deliver high-quality, error-free deliverables.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Editorial Review

  • Edit and proofread content to ensure compliance with client editorial, scientific, and brand guidelines.
  • Review materials created by subject matter experts and instructional designers for clarity and consistency.
  • Apply client and SME feedback accurately across all deliverables.
  • Maintain tone, structure, and linguistic integrity across learning assets.

Integration & Visual QA

  • Verify that content is properly integrated into learning platforms per approved storyboards.
  • Check placement and alignment of text, images, and graphics.
  • Confirm all visual and interactive elements match storyboard and design specifications.

Software Testing (QA)

  • Conduct beta testing of eLearning modules and interactive content.
  • Test buttons, audio, links, and pop-ups for correct behavior and user experience.
  • Identify and log visual or functional issues, coordinating fixes with developers.
  • Validate all outputs against client-approved requirements.

Project Support

  • Upload and tag reference materials in client review systems.
  • Assist in proofreading corporate and marketing assets.
  • Help maintain mailing lists and CRM communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in copyediting, proofreading, or QA (preferably in eLearning, training, or healthcare content).
  • Strong editorial and stylistic precision with attention to grammar, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience conducting functional and visual QA testing of digital or eLearning materials.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
