Position: Direct Sales Officer

Location: Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Officer to promote and sell our products directly to small and medium-sized establishments. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in field sales, excellent communication skills, preferrably has covered and supplied food and non-food products to hotels and restaurants. This role involves regular client visits, order generation, fullfilment of orders and building strong relationships with store owners to drive sales and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company's products directly to small and medium-sized restaurants and establishments across Metro Manila.
  • Conduct field visits to assigned sales areas to generate orders and build client relationships. Coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Consistently promote products through flyers, emails and social media. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely fullfilment or orders and replenishments.
  • Collect market feedback, including competitor activity, pricing, and promotions.
  • Submit daily sales reports, customer updates, and other required documentation.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in direct sales, preferably handling small to medium retail stores, preferably restaurant supplies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
