Your Role

  • Responsible for Trust Accounting, Settlements, and Operations of the department. This role is essential in ensuring that all MPI Trust transactions are accurately booked and properly settled in compliance with the bank's policies and the regulations set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all trust transactions, such as the purchase or sale of securities, money market activities, subscription and redemption of funds, and other related transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with bank policies and BSP regulations
  • Monitor all trust transactions, including purchases, sales, money market activities, subscriptions, and redemptions
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of client reports and documents
  • Continuously improve and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure all operations are in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements set by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other relevant authorities
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records and reports
  • Manage the inventory of accountable forms and monitor securities.

Your Profile

  • College graduate of any business course, preferably in the field of Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • At least 1 years in Trust Operations, OR at least 1 years in Trust Business and must have completed at least 90 training hours in Trust, Other Fiduciary Business or Investment Management activities acceptable to BSP
  • At least 1 years actual experience as officer of a bank and must have completed relevant global or local professional certification program
  • Must have Organizational skills and Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Regulation for banks and Non-Bank FIs.
  • Must have certification : Trust 1-year course (TIFP)
