JOB OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality

visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design,

understands branding principles, and can translate ideas into compelling visuals that engage

audiences and strengthen brand identity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Creative Development


• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital, social media, web, and print

materials.


• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, presentations, infographics, and

advertisements.


• Develop visuals for social media campaigns, websites, and email marketing.


• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines

and campaign objectives.

Branding & Consistency


• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all channels.


• Ensure design consistency in typography, colors, imagery, and layouts.


• Support internal teams with branded templates and assets.

Collaboration & Project Management


• Work closely with stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into

creative solutions.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.


• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and new

initiatives.

Technical & Production


• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.


• Ensure files are optimized and delivered in the correct formats.


• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve output.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred

but not essential with strong portfolio).

Experience


• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).


• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print mediums.

Skills & Competencies


• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma

or Canva is a plus).


• Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.


• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is an advantage.


• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
