Provide hands-on support to the production line by maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment. Drive improvements in productivity, delivery, and quality through the design and fabrication of poke-yoke systems, jigs, fixtures, and other process-enhancing tools. Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent achievement of KPIs.

Responsibility:

  • Support daily production activities through equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures, and poke-yoke mechanisms to enhance process efficiency
  • Implement and monitor containment, corrective, and preventive actions to minimize rework and scrap
  • Ensure compliance with updated manufacturing standards and specifications
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all operations
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet performance targets and resolve process issues
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D, FMEA) to identify root causes and recommend improvements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanics Technology, or related fields
  • 2–3 years of experience in PCB Assembly Manufacturing; SMT or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Knowledgeable in electronic component functions and applications
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to be assigned in Laguna site.
