  • Monitoring of advances to Agents (Debit Memo)
  • Preparing request for payment of shipments
  • Preparing billing and debit Memo
  • Inquire rates for Ocean and Airfreight
  • Prepare proposal to clients pertaining to Domestic, customs clearance and International forwarding.
  • Replies to email queries.
  • Receive and send pre-alerts for import and export shipments (Air/Ocean)
  • Handles/monitors status of import and Export shipments (Air/Ocean).
  • Coordinate with Airlines/shipping lines for either Import or export related details.
  • Coordinate with truckers/providers for any truck requirements.
  • Prepares import and export billings after shipment.
  • Updates/sends import and export monitoring reports.
  • Submits CAB & FTEB reports.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with background in sales/Customer service in a Logistics, Forwarding or delivery company.
  • Must have experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Graduate of Customs Admin, Sales / Marketing or any business-related courses.
  • With strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite from Monday to Friday in Paranaque City.
  • Must be available to start IMMEDIATELY.
