Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen while ensuring food safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools.
- Store and organize food supplies properly.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support chefs/cooks during busy service hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or vocational course (preferred).
- Experience in food service is an advantage.
- Team player, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
