Website and Digital Graphic Designer

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Website and Digital Graphic Designer plays a key role in helping clients bring their brands to life. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, ensuring that branding and creative visuals align with their overall strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Creative Asset Creation: Design and develop digital assets such as web layouts, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, social media graphics, and campaign banners.
• UX/UI Enhancement: Create wireframes, interface elements, and web assets that improve user experience and engagement.
• Additional Digital Assets: Collaborate across departments to produce web store banners, company store updates, and product mockups.
• Work closely with the marketing and web development teams to ensure all designs are optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
• Translate creative briefs into visual solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Prepare files for development handoff, ensuring clear design specifications.
• Stay up to date on design trends, eCommerce best practices, and digital marketing principles.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on web and digital projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and website design work
• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Work Schedule: Overnight or graveyard shift in Philippine time (aligned with US operating hours)
• Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code but helpful for collaboration)
• Experience creating designs for eCommerce, email platforms, and social media
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Understanding of SEO-friendly design and digital marketing principles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Salary Range: Php 55,000 – Php 60,000
