Overview

The ideal candidate will provide system configuration, and case administration for RealPage Managed Services, provided to RealPage customers. The Platform Administrator will use their skills and experience to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery. 

Specifically, the ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration of OneSite, partnering with RealPage domestic teams to ensure configuration is completed timely and with quality checks are completed. The ideal candidate may also assist with related activities associated with delivering Managed Services. The Platform Administrator will understand the customer requirements, system configuration, administration and other system updates, for optimal results. 

Responsibilities
  • Perform OneSite configuration, according to the Owners & Operators Company standards
  • Perform OneSite system configuration upon request, according to the Owners & Operators Company standards
  • Support domestic Manager with data and reporting needs
  • Manage SalesForce cases within Service Level Agreements
  • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
  • 2 years customer service or account management experience  
  • A familiarity with other RealPage products, other property management software, or the property management industry is preferred
  • Sense of urgency, in meeting rigorous deadlines (SLA's)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient knowledge in Windows, MS Office (specifically Word and Excel), SmartSheet and Internet tools
  • Demonstrated ability to change direction and reprioritize tasks
  • Flexibility to work overtime hours (nights and weekends) when required
