We are seeking an Office Staff to join our team in our Manila City Metro Manila office. This full-time position is an essential role that will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a range of administrative and clerical support tasks, answering incoming phone calls
- Encoding of receipts
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Performing other general office duties as required
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to priorities tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
