We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering to join our Purchasing Team. The role is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services for construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate can effectively assess technical specifications, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-efficient procurement aligned with project requirements and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure civil works materials, electrical components, equipment, and services.
  • Analyze technical specifications to ensure purchased items meet project standards and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and related procurement documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to align procurement activities with project schedules.
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and new technologies related to civil and electrical materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and procurement regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Licensed Engineer is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
  • Strong understanding of civil works and/or electrical materials, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
