Job Specifications:

• A degree in Food & Beverage Services & Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, or  at least a vocational diploma/short course certificate related to food and beverages (NCII)
• With at least 6 months work experience in a food and beverage, food preparation and/or customer service industry.
• Willing to be trained and to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on mall hours, weekends, and holidays
• Committed in providing customer service excellence.
• With good communication skills
• Willingness to be part of a high-energy, efficient team on a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledgeable on point of sales (POS) machine and cashiering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items and  answering their questions about our products.
• Accepting orders and payments from the customers.
• Prepare ordered beverages based on standard recipe and procedures
• Helps to maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Assist on inventories
• Strictly follow all food safety regulations and quality controls.
