About the Role

Premier The Samgyupsal is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high service standards, and inspires teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise service crew, cashiers, and kitchen staff during assigned shifts
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign roles efficiently
  • Monitor service flow and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness, food safety, and product consistency
  • Manage inventory levels, reordering, and waste control
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation
  • Submit shift reports and participate in management meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or casual dining (Korean BBQ experience a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Familiar with food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
